Just had one night in my camper van with my Jack Russell, great place , great views out to Sea and across the bay, easy access to the beach . The owners were really friendly and helpful, will definitely return . When the toilets are up dated ,as I'm sure they will be, it will be up to a 5 star rating, as it is though it is a very good site in a very good area .

It took us forever to get here, but it was worth it. It was the highlight of 2019 tbh. We had the best weather for the Easter weekend. The site was in a lovely position giving easy access to the beach and a local restaurant. It was busy but we weren’t pitched too close to others. The owners put on an Easter egg hunt for the kids and were very generous with their help and advice where to go. There’s a lovely walk which takes you round the coastal path for a couple of miles then back inland and back to the site via a stop-off at the local pub, what more could you want? Thanks, hope to go back there again one day.

The location is idyllic with fab sunsets. It’s has basic facilities (2 showers/2 toilets). The area is beautiful with a lovely sandy beach very close by. The campsite is basic. When using EHU you have to take meter readings and then pay for what you use. On our 3 night stay, one morning the toilets hadn’t been cleaned, the toilet bin was overflowing and there was no toilet roll. On the evening of the second day a small group of drunks was allowed to stay. 9pm last night a guy from that group was stood in the middle of the site (children were still about) and he was urinating. The thing that lets this site down is that fact the owners do not seem to keep an eye on what goes on, they provide a list of do’s and don’ts but it seems to be on the campers to regulate this rule rather than the site keeping a check, and keen to take money.
