This is the second time I have used the services of Robert and Simon and the help and support they have given me whilst coping with the loss of both my parents has been invaluable. They are outstanding funeral directors and moreover outstanding human beings with such respectfulness, empathy and good humour to guide you through an incredibly difficult time. They were in constant contact with me providing much needed reassurance and I know they will remain available for me to chat or ask advice at any point in the future too. I can’t thank them enough for all they have done and continue to do for me and would highly recommend them to anyone.
I would just like to say heartful thanks for the love and care you all showed during the difficult time of losing my dad. You made everything very simple and as easy as it could be. You made suggestions that we never would of thought of and the whole service was beautiful. Dad was cared for with love and compassion, the room was beautiful and felt very soothing. I would not hesitate to recommend Crescent Funeral Services to anyone in need of support at such a sad time. Simon, Robert and James are all just lovely. Sympathetic, helpful, respectful and understanding - I could go on. They are also still an independent entity which, for me, was an important aspect in choosing a local service.
My experience has been very poor. I found them very pushy, only offering services that they wanted. Not offering choice or the personal touch I thought I was going to get. Very disappointed.
From the moment they came to pick up mum the care and dedication and respect shown was obvious. Nothing was too much trouble; Simon answered all questions in detail and clearly. The planning was impeccable, and we couldn’t have been happier with Simon and the team. This is not the first time I have had occasion to be in need of Simons services and each time he has been excellent. I am very happy to recommend
