Please do not book this hotel..If you cancel through Booking .Com You are supposed to be able to cancel for free..But this hotel take your money even though a cancellation was made 10 mins after booking..3 weeks later my niece has not had a refund despite phone calls made to them,even though a refund was promised within 5 working days..3 weeks later still no refund received..now not answering the phone..Nothing but a set of thieves..Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional..Asked for a reply after leaving messages on their phone ,they cannot even ring you back..How bad is that.!!!.Booking .Com should take this hotel off their site...

The escape rooms were run very well here. Exceeded expectation. The guy running it was very laid back and happy to accommodate our group. They sold beverages and the rooms themselves were a good challenge. Parking was a bit rough. Looking forward to trying the other rooms. Thanks

Dirty horrible place. When we arrived we were horrified with the self-catering accommodation they passed off as clean and tidy. We opened the door and the smell of smoke and damp just hit you. The floor was soft and spongy, tiles were hanging of the wall and it was filthy dirty. The owner offered another room which was better but still dirty. There was youth hanging around outside and it felt very very unsafe. The owner refused to give a full refund and said he felt there was nothing wrong with the place. I would be ashamed if that was my business. My wife and I were so upset and ended up having to find another hotel and even more expense. There was no social distancing measures in place which you would expect at this time. This really ruined the start of our short break. I would recommend you do not go anywhere near this place. AVOID at all costs
