When we first arrived, I did worry about the location (right next to a petrol station & a pub) but once 9.30 came we didn't hear a sound!
Rooms are a nice size for a family.
Beds are OK but not enough pillows, reception soon sorted that out.
They will only leave 2 teabags & 2 coffee, but reception will give you more if needed.
I would stay here again.
The hotel was very nice. The restaurant was fantastic. The staff were lovely. When we went it had just opened because of the covid. Food was just brilliant. I had steak two nights it was that good. Will definitely recommend. Great for families with children. Disabled access and toilets.
Another fabulous stay, the room was lovely nothing ro complain about, all staff very pleasant in the hotel, cleaning staff always willing to help with clean towels, bins empties ect,
Over in the cookhouse restaurant yet again has been amazing, all staff have been very welcoming and pleasant, special mention to Matt, Nikki,Lewis, Billy jo, Paul and the management team, also the kitchen staff, over our 4 days here having breakfast and evening meal each day the food has been excellent, we will be back, obviously during covid things have been restricted but all staff have worked hard ,kept smiling and have been very accommodating , we look forward to our return in the near future, good luck and best wishes to all the team

Only 1 star as I couldn’t give it a zero!! Room was so disgustingly dusty and hot we left and went to the holiday inn down the road! Receptionist was confrontational and rude, wouldn’t refund us but said we would get a full refund by speaking to customer services!! Nearly 3 weeks later and premier inn have finally been in touch and offered me £30, absolutely disgusted as this is only half the cost of the room!! I’ve been a premier inn customer for years but never again...terrible dirty hotel, terrible staff and none existent customer service!!!!
Stayed here a number of time's ,staff all way's so helpful , you must remember there's no air conditioning which it does say when booking so it's your fault if your hot ,l will be back with my fan
