Just wanted to share how amazing Kirsty is at the Sunderland store! She went above and beyond to get me the 5 remaining boxes I needed to finish my already half tiled bathroom. I had already been told none left anywhere at another store but Kirsty rang stores down South to ask them to check their remaining stocks for the particular batch number I needed and got them couriered to the Sunderland store for me. Disaster averted thanks to Kirsty, don’t know what I would have done next had she not been so helpful. Thank you so much Kirsty!!
