Thank you Ann and Andrew. Your welcome was warm and friendly- and a delicious breakfast. Only slight difficulty was the shower in the smaller room- it tended to soak the entire bathroom floor- and no mirror in the bedroom. But somehow it didn't matter for one night and I slept very well. Will certainly stay again if in the area.

Stayed here mid June as visiting family in the area. I was made to feel very welcome and could come and go as I pleased. Both the room and breakfasts were superb, I highly recommend it and will have no hesitation staying there again. Once again, thank you. Roy Cooke
