My friends wedding was cancelled due to COVID19 and the events company will not refund her deposit and they are now having to go to court to recover their money. (update in response to event provider response) I deny that my comments are in any way malicious and I have had full sight of the paperwork, can the events provider confirm or deny that they have refused to return the deposit where the event was cancelled due to the COVID19 pandemic

We attended a Wedding in December 2019, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Wonderful place, luxury bedrooms, great food, welcoming owners and staff, attention to detail. Made us wish we were young all over again. A truly exceptional place.

Attended this venue for a charity ball, it was very pretty inside and the staff are nice. The prices at the bar are ok and lots of selection. The only gripe I would have was the car parking/getting from the car to the entrance; there is lots of grass and some muddy areas so this could be concreted over or something to make the brief journey a little less messy. During the busy event we attended it was a bit of a mess for cars entering then leaving due to lack of signage, there just isn’t enough around to see where to go in or how to leave. This was an evening do so having decent signage would be an idea for people unfamiliar to the area. On another note, the food was delicious- we had beef cheek, absolutely gorgeous.

What an outstanding Wedding Venue! The staff are so friendly and accommodating, nothing too much trouble. The venue really has a wow factor. There is a beautiful little lake just outside the Marquee and there are plenty of places to take pictures. The flowers on the tables were stunning also! I would recommend this place to anyone!
