Very good doctors and reception staff are very helpful. The only complaint I have is there are long ques when trying to call which can mean you call many times and could on the phone for up to half an hour. However, this is probably the same for many GP surgerys around the area.

I have been with this surgery for 30years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Yes I do find it quite hard to ring at 8am as very difficult to get through anyway but trying to get through with three kids to get ready for school is near on impossible at times. Having said that I think the surgery is amazing. Most of the time when you ring you do get an appointment that day which seems to be near on impossible with a lot of my friends doctor's. The surgery itself is certainly much better since they have bought the new system in and I find the staff very caring, compassionate, knowledgeable and highly professional. The waiting times are certainly much better too however that never bothered me. I would rather wait an hour and see a good doctor who is attentive and doesn't rush you and really listens to your problems than being on time and in and out in two minutes without being properly assessed. I know which days my doctor is at the practice and I ring accordingly. He is amazing and I have 100% faith and belief in him as a doctor as I do with most of the other staff. Great surgery, would highly recommend.

One of the worse practices in Wolverhampton. Not surprised word of mouth for it isn't good at all.

I genuinely cannot complain about this practice and very shocked by the low reviews due to the fact that there are much worse practices locally and that I have had nothing but positive experiences with them, the doctors for one are very polite, the are very helpful and have helped my baby and I on several visits, the midwife team are faultless and have really impacted on me in a positive way, I have been in multiple surgeries historically and the midwifery care here has been exemplary in comparison to others. I have never had an issue booking an appointment, the receptionists have always been professional and when awaiting results was very happy to be called as promised, I also really like the telephone system, and the fact it tells you the position in the queue as opposed the busy tone in other practices. It's also very easy to sign in with the welcome screens which is easy in a hurry and also the screens displaying when you are called in and the room number I also really like. To sum up, all services are stretched through to austerity, however I feel this surgery isn't lacking in professionalism or service as a result, I am very happy with all care received so far and every single member of staff I have communicated with.
