I'm lucky enough not to require much medical care (hopefully this continues for a long time!) but when I do need it, I always receive a great service. Great medical centre with very helpful Doctors & staff!

This has been my doctors for over 40 years And there’s been times in the past when I’ve thought about changing surgeries but it has certainly improved with the help of having more doctors on site . The receptionists are lovely with the exception of a few! I must say though Beth is lovely and is always happy to help. My favourite is Carol she always goes above and beyond to get you the help needed, overall improvement and thank god the sour faced receptionists have gone.,

I have been a patient at the Wellington Road surgery for all my life and the response I receive from Jackie/Lynne is the most professional approach. Jackie/Lynne are an asset to the surgery and goes the extra mile to solve any issues or concerns I have. I feel valued when I have conversations with either one who uses a person centred approach when dealing with my concerns. Well done Jackie /Lynne. Thank you both for the support given over the years.

Very helpful with guidance on how to proceed with a challenge in respect to access to health records of a loved one. Impressed with sensitive handling and explanation of reasons why my request could not be actioned; developed confidence in the system and adherence to information governance regulations. Sue was most helpful assisting with guidance on how to proceed, followed up with subsequent queries and arranging a consultation around my availability. Thank you.

My experience of the surgery both at Wellington Road and at Tudor Medical Centre has always been wonderful. The staff are always so helpful and supportive when my family and I have dealt with challenging times. Jackie Facey and Dr Fletcher to name a few members of the staff have always gone the extra mile to support and accommodate our needs.
