I changed to this surgery about a year ago, from another local surgery. I can always get an appointment fairly quickly and I am very happy with the doctors here. They are caring and also very professional. Overall, I am really happy that i changed to this surgery. The only downside (which for me isnt really an issue) is that parking is sometimes a little difficult. However, it is better than at my previous surgery!

If this review was for the Doctors then I would happily provide a 5 Star review. However the let down is the reception staff, they are very rude, when you call in they rush you and when you stand in the window to talk to them they treat you like an inconvenience. I really hope things improve as this is such a let down to good hard working doctors who have worked to get to this point in their lives to have their place of work under rated due to the reception staff!

Nurses and doctors are very professional and extremely understanding to your needs. Only down side is asking reception for repeat prescriptions ! Take in a list of things you need and last 2 prescriptions are only part filled ? If you work weird hours you can’t get back to see / speak to them to get it completed. Minor problem until they miss off important meds.

Enquired about registering as a new patient, was told I am out of the boundary despite only living 1.8 miles from the surgery!
