Ok Stafford hospital has had it problems, however every time I have been it has been nothing but a 5 ⭐ service. I went for a routine operation and from the very start of my arrival nobody could do enough to help. All the staff were extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. I cannot begin to thank them enough. Brilliant hospital with amazing people who work there.

We all know this hospital has been through the mill but I think it's a really good hospital. It's loads better than Royal Stoke, you can park easily, get seen quickly and receive the same care. Also the staff are very friendly and helpful. ( I am not having a go at the stoke staff. They do the best they can it's not their fault).
