Friendly staff, great service & clean facilities, well managed 👏
Stayed for 1 week. Very friendly and helpful staff. Added bonus seeing the racehorses being paraded outside our window prior to race meetings.
This was my first visit to this hotel,I thought it was a very nice place and I even got to see some horses and the racing.The hotel is very nice and clean.The reception,bar is modern and up to date with nice decor,tv and bar.The room was clean and tidy and comfortable and bathroom was similar.I enjoyed my stay here while working nights in the area and would certainly recommend this place if your in the area
Reasonable place to stay, food was not bad at all. Staff were helpful. However I am still questioning the benefits of being a loyal IHG platinum elite member? Bog standard room non of the perks advertised. TV in room was pretty bad, very old poor picture quality few channels and remote very unreliable
