What a lovely little hotel
The staff are amazing will do anything to make your stay the best it can be
This is a great Hotel. It only has 3 stars because it doesn’t have a gym, a spar etc. But the rooms are great. I stay in hotels for work, but this was in August 2019 for pleasure, to visit the festival with my wife, and I’m glad I chose it. We stayed 3 nights. The building had character and is an ex school. We stayed in the bridal suite with 4 poster bed. Just been refitted. Great room. The staff are all fantastic, Claudia is a gem. A real asset to the place, she goes out of her way to make sure you have a great stay. She is partnered by Jessica and together they make a great team. I will be staying there again. It makes a nice change from the main stream chains.
Great Hotel. Room was very high quality. Bed was extremely comfortable and things like the shower was excellent. Should have gone down for breakfast but preferred the extra time in bed. Parking out the back was a bit tight but plenty of spaces and secure. Overall one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in locally.
Once again perfect service from the team. Nothing is too much trouble. Excellent room, great food and lovely company. Such very good value. We will be back
Staff are brilliant and make the hotel. The price is very reasonable for a 3 star hotel. I found the hotel very clean and the bed linen was crisp and fresh. The hotel had a very homey and calm feel to it, but I must say again staff who are welcoming and always trying to make you feel happy and comfortable are what made this hotel.
I would recommend a stay here.
