Zero wasn't a option otherwise would of scored them that was turned away in the cold at the dead of night because of one letter... So although I am a carer for the vulnerable I had to walk around the city of Wolverhampton until 6 am for the train... Will not ever be returning

Arrived after hours of travelling to a argumentative member of staff who made us feel uncomfortable as if we had lied about discussing our preferences with his colleague!.

Cheap clean accommodation. Nice staff.
Redwings is a pretty good hotel for what it costs. Although I didn't try the food, the staff were down to earth people and went above and beyond to make my stay as good as it could be during covid.
Don't expect to sleep! The rooms have what appear to be single glazed windows, despite being on top of the A4150. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, such a shame that the rooms are way worse than what's advertised.
