Friendly, helpful staff, , food is beautiful, bedrooms spacious and very clean. Very clear guidance with Covid and social distancing. Pool and changing rooms need a little TLC. Close to Stone Centre. Would definitely come here again.

Very clean. Clear social distancing signs. Really liked the signed on the bar tables indicating if a table had been used but not yet sanitised so could not be used yet. Food good.
Brilliant service and superb Indian cuisine delivered to the room, very hepful andpolite staff very enjoyable experience.
I took my mum for a light lunch and coffee, the young lady who was serving was very pleasant. The sandwiches were average but the coffee was awful. The worst thing aboiut the visit was the toilets they were pretty awful and the door leading to the toilet area was disgusting and filthy.
I would rate this hotel as 2 star at best and the overall cleanliness 1 star.
I would not revisit, nor would I recommend to anyone else.
