Not impressed the staff were ok when they were there, wasn't told on check in that had to go and collect breakfast box from reception so won't be going back.
On entering the hotel corridor at 730pm there was a smell of marajwana, I questioned the receptionist immediately but could not cancel my stay due too it being too late in the day, nothing was done about the offender as when I left at 430am the smell was still present. I didn't even think you could smoke in a hotel room so quite discusted with Travelodge, I won't pay premium rate numbers too call too report
Staff friendly enough but, my work put me in Travelodge for 3 days due to working in the area and at no time was the room made up to clear of any waste, bed not remade or refreshments topped up. My company had paid for breakfast only for me to be told there wasnt any due to a milk carton splitting!!!!!! What on every single breakfast box????? Really.
Travelodge, a poor effort at a time when you need customers to be returning, in my case, I think not.
Clean hotel and was a good stay, staff are friendly and understanding would 100% recommenced
Cheap and cheerful. Tv sadly didn't have a USB or hdmi we could plug into, so sadly movie night ended up on film 4. But travelodge you get what you pay for. Does the job with no complaints!
