No luck getting through by phone on three occasions. Someone recommended the website to log an enquiry. I received notification of an appointment the same day for the next week. Happy with that.

I really don't know how the people who run this practice feel they are serving their patients, it is pretty much impossible to get an appointment. Being ill is a stressful time and this surgery compounds the situation, whenever you eventually get through after trying from 8am you will be told there are no appointments left and try again tomorrow at 8am, it's truly not fit for purpose and it gives me no pleasure to say that :(

Dr Mann and dr Meehan are best dr all the staff are always welling to help But the best one of all is Sam Blackwell she. Is the most loveing the most caring most helpful person you could ever meet. and at this time with COVID our hearts go’s out to them all

The surgery need to sort out their appointment system. I’ve had multiple issues with their call at 8am system as they don’t offer appointments to book at a later date but most recently they’ve refused to give me my contraceptive pill because they couldn’t offer me a phone call with the nurse! I asked to book for a call back another day but again they told me I have to call at 8am on the day. I had a couple of weeks worth of my pill left when I started calling I have now nearly run out, thankfully Easons pharmacy were very helpful and in less than a minute over the phone managed to sort me a month out... if the pharmacy can do it why can’t the surgery!?

I haven't seen my own doctor for about five years as I can never get appointment. However the other doctors I have seen have generally been good. My biggest frustration is their telephone system which is appalling. You can be on hold for thirty minutes only to be told their are no appointments available. I now use the patient access app on my phone instead, but even getting s suitable appointment through that can be frustrating. All I can say is it's a good job I'm not ill very often!
