Hard to find as you come back on yourself down a duel carriageway and there is another property before this one with the same name seems that lots of people make the same mistake. Adequate accommodation but very tired, the room i stayed in is in need of an uplift was next to front door and could here everyone coming and going. Quilt cover split showing a warn out quilt below simple to remedy, Great breakfast. Good location for NEC 12 minute drive away.

The rooms are extremely clean and well decorated. The manager cannot do enough to help you.

I think the hollies is wonderful every one looks out for you and the management staff are always welcomes you it's 10 out of 10
