In former days it was a farm house. Nowadays a lovely old cozy hotel, no street noise, paradise stillness. You do not believe that you can park there. Just drive through the gate you enter inner courtyard, enough place to park your car. Light switch on automatically . Then you walk back and use the main reception door . The reception is friendly. The rooms are country like rustic. The floors are wooden. Every step audible. Sound of another century. Bed blanket filled with feathers. Bed mattress well body shaped. I had a wonderful healthy sleep.
Historic building. Lovely rooms. Friendly staff. Great food. Right next to traditional canal and marina. Lovely!

We booked Drayton Court Hotel for a baby shower. It included full use of the beautiful restaurant space, endless tea and coffee, delicious sandwiches and luxurious cakes. We also had some fizz and fresh orange juice. The service was really lovely and the price was really reasonable. Special lunches were made for those with dietary requirements. Would highly recommend for any occasion.
Fabulous hotel. Totally impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff are the best. Well worth booking for a very comfortable enjoyable experience and stay.
