Wixfield park which is owned by Tingdene Park Limited is the worsted place we have never lived. Brand new mobile home on The Paddock with postcode IP7 7FF aren't very happy as they have had structural problems like cladding coming away from the outside and a kitchen window cracking from corner to corner. New residents have to pay water rates separately from your ground rate.

Wixfield Park is a residential park home site owned and managed by Tingdene Parks ltd. It is to be developed further with park homes for the retired and semi-retired. Situated in Great Bricett, it is set in pleasant rural surroundings. It is a short car drive away from Hadleigh, Needham Market, Stowmarket, and a little further to Ipswich or Bury St Edmunds. There are no amenities in Great Bricett, or on site.
