We stayed at Kaya Lodge with our 3yo and 8m and it was a perfect way to 'camp' with young children. Loads of space for them to run/crawl around, fire pit to toast marshmallows and lots of nature to explore- but comfy beds, fridge and hot shower made it feel like a home from home. Baby even slept better than usual! The beach was only a 30 min drive away and definitely worth a visit, but we spent most of our time in the meadow, especially enjoying a drink on the deck in the evening. Julie was really helpful to with lots of advice and answers to our questions. We will definitely return.

So happy that we found Kaya lodge for a long weekend birthday trip! The safari tent is amazing and has everything you need, we are a group of 6 and we stayed comfortably, had a such good time even when the weather turned miserable in October ;) Thanks very much for Julie’s hospitality and we will def return again in summer

Group of friends had an amazing weekend getaway trip at this lodge. The place had a lot of space for us to run around as we are an active group. The accommodation was excellent and well equipped for the purpose with beautiful comfortable beds and sufficient cooking equipment and utensils available for us to use during our stay there. Fire pit, bbq grill and a picnic bench made our evenings even more enjoyable. The lodge certainly exceeded our expectation. The host Julie was wonderful, very helpful and accommodating towards requests you may have given that it is reasonable and possible. We will definitely be back in the future and will certainly recommend the beautiful Kaya Lodge.

I cannot praise Twiga at Kaya Lodge and the owners Julie and Matt enough! The lodge's interior was spacious, clean and fully furnished! The fire pit and barbecue in the open greenery outside, were lovely additions to the lodge. As my group were there to celebrate a friend's birthday, I enquired whether they could decorate the lodge a little to make it extra special. Response was quick and very accommodating! They made sure to find out exactly what I had in mind and also even offered to bake a cake! The outcome far exceeded my expectations 🙌🏽. Cannot recommend the beautiful Kaya Lodge Glamping enough and thank you to Julie for her wonderful hospitality!
