Friendly staff
Always a great visit, all staff are friendly , they take covid super seriously!
Although they are now attempting to be covid safe (on a Monday night at least) and the staff are friendly. The setup is awkward and uncomfortable (the stools are almost as high as the tables/oil barrles) and when you ask to move to a more comfortable table you are told 'NO' based on the fact that they have to be kept for the non existant guests. After seeing how they have been flouting the rules for so long to see the pomposity of finally doing the right thing while refusing to actually look after guests shows that they are just in it for a quick buck and do not actually care about looking after customers while opening safely.
Honestly go ANYWHERE else
Very atmospheric. Although not much social distancing with some customers and staff observed. I would advise caution. Excellent professional attitude
The service was good but me and a friend went outside and lost our table and was refused to order any drinks, one member of staff was very rude and very unhelpful. We had to get someone to buy us a drink because of this. We were not rude or out of order, i will not be returning here again, very disappointed. 😞
