Having moved from another Doctors to Pinewood Surgery I have nothing but praise for everyone who works there. The receptionists in particular are so pleasant and helpful, they have made dealing with concerns so easy even in these very strange times. Also being unwell in lockdown the Doctor was amazing!!! So glad we moved to Pinewood. Thank you
Appalling. They made us wait outside in the cold with our baby. Then made us wait over an hour just to tell us it's cancelled. Go to any other surgery apart from this one. Absolutely shocking.
I have to say I recently became suddenly and painfully unfit for work and the surgery has been really great on the most part they have been empathetic and efficient when my pain was at its worst they have worked around my circumstance s and given helpfull direction when I've needed it . I did experience one unhelpful lady doctor who was not empathetic at all and one trainee reception lady who was a a bit grumpy but I think that was probably because she is learning and couldn't resolve my problem overall I am really pleased with this surgery .
I am a disabled lady on alot of tablets i had to speak to the receptionist for tablets and flu jab she is very rude and nearly had me in tears i spoke to her at 15.45 and she is so unhelpfull and made me feel worthless
The receptionist is like a Bulldog & speaks to you like you are something that she's stepped in. You cannot even finish your sentence without her speaking over you & she thinks she knows more than the doctors. When we all get back to some sort of normality I'm changing surgery.
