My 88 year old father has been taken here as he collapsed for the second time in a month.... can't get hold of anyone for an update. Call switchboard...call A&E... call for update...10 mins later no answer and it cuts off. I am 2 hours away and in isolation...I just want an update, I know you're busy, but 2 minutes people, just 2 minutes of your time.
I want to say a great big thank you to all the staff in a and e for looking after my husband who came In yesterday with breathing difficulties. He said all the staff was so friendly and happy. They also phoned me a kept me updated on his progress.

I went to the A&E when broke my finger in October.
I was anxious and worried, I might loss my finger

Despite Covid19 & advanced age mother has excellent care for a stroke, from A&E right through. Loads of specialist input. Really clean, beautiful courtyard gardens. & If you stand in a corridor looking puzzled loads of staff from cleaners caterers porters to a passing consultant will offer to show you where you need to be
