Very clean very comfortable close to town centre quiet not actually on a busy road always a bonus no noisy traffic use of kitchen with all amenities cooker microwave , beds comfortable over all would definitely return if working in the area

I would recommend this guest house to anyone who wishes easy access to Ipswich 's amenities, it was very clean and all the shared equipment in kitchen & laundry was modern, clean and simple to use. A nice extra was a supply of town maps, very handy. I really appreciated the freedom to come and go when I wished, knowing that the security of the premises was very efficient. Lovely place to stay.
