Great location, free parking depending upon space. Great service from the reception on Saturday evening on arrival. Many thanks for allocating a great room. Room clean, well presented, tea,coffee,iron, ironing board, hairdryer ,extra pillows, king size bed. Very comfortable. Shower and washroom very good. Many thanks to all the Ipswich travel lodge staff.

Was planning to stay for one week. Prepay for 3 nights. Price was ~40£per night for family room. On Wednesday price jump up to 63£per night. Strange price policy. We switch hotel. For 3 nights stay wasn't any cleaning in the room. And at all cleaning service must be improved in this hotel.

The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable considering the price, slept very well. We didn't have breakfast here, but lots of places to eat near by. Would recommend.

Booked in for a week as could not stay with my family due to Covid-19. The Travelodge is in a great waterside location, communal areas and my room is clean and Covid-19 measures in place. Staff helpful and friendly. HOWEVER, the room is like a greenhouse, far too hot to sleep. There is a fan provided (there is no air con) which really just blows the hot air around. Window only opens a couple of inches, I assume for safety reasons. The result is like trying to sleep in an oven. This is September, what must it be like in the height of summer? So unfortunately I would not stay here again solely for this reason but if you don't mind a sweatbox, hotel is fine and location perfect.
