Food surprisingly very good.
I’ve never been disappointed with any of the food I ordered. Everything was really good.
My room smells a bit plus there was a lot of noise from the neighbouring rooms all night so they even approached me asking if I wanted to be moved.
They moved me to a better room which was very much appreciated. Susan was amazing. She provides a truly personal touch of customer service.
GREAT STAFF! Prices are excellent. Myself and my boyfriend have just had a wonderful stay at Novotel Ipswich. I am so happy we found this place. The experience was great from the beginning to the end. The staff was very friendly, specially Steven, Shaun and Carla, very professional and friendly at all times.
The room was lovely, super clean with a very comfortable and big bed. Bathroom with shower very clean.
All respect for the staff mentioned for their great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!
We will definitely go back there and will recommend this place in Ipswich to everyone! :)
Very nice modern and comfy rooms. Lovely big bath is always a bonus too! Staff were all excellent, good selection of drinks and the food was fantastic!
Trying to make the best of the covid situation. Very helpful staff. Training room very good with above average facilities. Very central to town centre with car park.
It's OK. Clean, short of staff because COVID, best thing is the breakfast. Excellent, and cheerful chef in charge. Well done him!
