So I turned up at lunchtime for my appointed test only to be told my test had been cancelled because they had no internet. So annoying as I cannot get another appointment for 2 months!! And then have to do it all again ... I hope the internet is more reliable next time round 😡
Very clean and easy to find
Good location. Comfortable. But can be difficult to enter, receptionist isn't always there and you have to wait to be let in.
I've been with the Hub for a year now and have nothing but praise for the staff that work here. Always friendly and happy to help, they look after my mail and are always quick to respond to any questions I have.
Welcoming and polite staff. Pleasant waiting area. Clean meeting rooms and great coffee!! Parking a little frustrating as nearest is NCP car park which is far from reasonably priced.
