A bright, clean spacious apartment with a balcony overlooking the river. Fully equipped kitchen, toiletries in the bathroom, linen and towels provided. Close to Ipswich Town football club and about 5 minutes walk to Ipswich railway station. A short walk will take you into town for a variety of shopping. Or, go a bit further to the Waterfront and imbibe culinary delights at Neptune Marina whilst casting your eyes on the beautiful array of boats and yachts. Elephant artistry abounds, how many can you find?

Not everything it says on the tin. Sofa bed not big enough for two adults and no bedding left to actually make it up in the first place - managing agents were pretty unbothered and not able to get bedding to us so two of our party were unable to stay and had to drive back home to Kent. Broken handles so bathroom door unable to fully closed as if it was you couldnt get out again. Handy location being so close to station and nicely decorated
