Hotel was great for the price, clean room, great shower and funky decor. Bar was nice and the free pool table was great. The only thing that I think needs improvement is the breakfast. First day there was 1 women rushed off her feet unable to keep up, day 2 there were 2 people but people were sitting down and them being turned away because the seats were not sanitised for covid. A simple wait here to be seated sign would have resolved this. Other than that, great budget hotel with a cool decor and o would stay again.
Great hotel. Lovely finish to the hotel and the rooms. Staff are so helpful. Great price for one of the nicest hotels in Ipswich.
This was about the fifth time we've stayed in this hotel and normally we love it (which is why we keep going back)... But last night was one of the worse nights I've had in any hotel (let alone this one), arrived in the room to find no tea or coffee, only one pillow each on the bed. What is normally a great TV system was non existant, we normally enjoy finding a film or something to watch.,no big towels anymore in the bathroom. It was all these little things that we loved about this hotel that are sadly not there anymore
Really nice hotel. Great decor in communal areas. Simple room perfect for sleeping in.
Nice hotel with a bit of a walk into town! Shame the car park isn’t free and is a bit small! Rooms and shower both clean and a bit nicer than your standard travelogue
