A comfortable experience. Good staff!
The most cleanest establishment I have lived in. Stayed here for 5 months while waiting to re homes and I really didn’t wanna leave. The breakfast is really good and cooked fresh every morning and I will really miss all the staff, they are so helpful and kind, they bend over backward for you and are a laugh too. I will miss this place and would recommended highly to anyone who is looking to stay here. The owner is also lovely who I met on a few occasions :-)
Staying here at the moment, after being placed in here by the council. Great staff, decent rooms, and the wifi is brilliant. Only complaint is how much our bed squeaks :) (But they replaced the bed, as soon as we mentioned)
This place helped me soo much the staff are wonderful as for the bad comments and reviews on here them people were clearly BAD guests that didn't get there own way or didn't like the rules the hotel is very clean and safe! all round great place :)
For the price (and I was on housing benefit) this is unequalled in Ipswich as the best halfway house in town. Great staff and proprietor, good size room with TV and fridge, huge, v soft, bed. Dirty carpet though. Location top notch took
