Such a lovely hotel! The room was so modern and clean! The staff was more than helpful and provided excellent customer service. There is a restaurant downstairs and pubs right outside the hotel. If you wanted to wander off from the hotel, the Roman Baths is a walk of a few minutes away as well as Pulteney Bridge. Lots of food/dessert places near as well! And a mall super close! We parked at SouthGate Car Park for 24 hours and only paid £14! Super cheap. I was very happy to stay here! I definitely would recommend!

Reasonably quiet apartment although my bedroom was on the main ish road. TV had a small screen size and only had access to freeview channels. Some lamps in various wall sconces randomly illuminate. An oven glove would have been useful. Minor issues really, on balance a comfortable apartment for the business person. Breakfast starts at 07:30 so if you need to get to work early, as I did, this could be an issue. I have minimal interaction with staff and therefore have no real opinion on service. I will be staying for a significant time and I am hoping a few of the little niggles can be ironed out.

Highly recommended. Everything about my stay was fantastic. Spotlessly clean accommodation. Excellent customer service and outstanding breakfast. I stayed in the beautiful charming cottage and will definitely be back to stay again. Thank you so much for making me feel so welcome.
