This is the most horrendous company to try and get hold of anyone. Dont bother calling their phone numbers, hoursi of waffle, redirecting then never getting to talk to anyone. Why on earth you cant you have a direct number to your local sorting office.
Post office wins the award for worst customer call centre going. If I had the choice it would be no stars. Post office, you should be ashamed of yourselves.
My postman who delivers to Haselmere close! He truly is amazing! My son answered the door after he left a delivery on the doorstep and stepped back. He took the time to ask my son if he was doing ok. I was upstairs and heard, this was not a passing comment he really meant it!
Today I answered the door and he was the same, he really cares! Thank you to my postman! I wish I knew your name... you are amazing!
I appreciate that the postal service do a good job and times are hard but cannot understand why it took over a week to deliver mail to a care home . A lot of the mail was Easter cards and letters in which residents when receiving them had thought they had been forgotten by there family's and close friends . Also most had first class stamps on. These residents are unable to have contact with there families so it is very important they receive there mail.
Update your open-closed times. Some people are still working and cant get to your station 07-09 in the morning 🙄
