Had a great stay in sept 2020 over a weekend. Beautiful spot, beautiful location and great team running the site. Thanks to Jodi for squeezing us in at short notice. The rowing boat excursion to the 3 locks(?) Was also a glorious was to spend an afternoon. Good set up to deal with covid risk. Sanitiser spray in all the bathrooms and loos. Did a skydive in beccles that was incredible and covehithe beach down the road is amazing. Thank you !

We stayed here for a few nights. What a fantastic site. Jodi is so friendly and welcoming. The site is so peaceful and the views of the river are amazing. The wildlife around there is so lovely to see, and it's so nice to go somewhere that cares about the surroundings to let the wildlife thrive. The toilets and showers are amazing, they're kept lovely and clean. The pitches are hook up and non hook up, so it's nice to have a choice of both, with plenty of room. The weather wasn't brilliant but even the rain didn't ruin our stay. It was nice watching people going out on their paddle boards on one side, and the bigger boats on the other. A perfect way to relax and chill. We loved it so much we're going back in a few weeks time. Well done Jodi and team for having a lovely relaxed site and covid safety measures in place. Would definitely recommend coming here.

Even in the rain this place is beautiful. Great boat house, showers and toilets clean and tidy. Just perfect for Kayaking. Rolled out of our tents literally into the River along the lovely inlet dyke out onto the Waveney! Great host met us on arrival and recommended local pub the Wherry with fantastic charm, hospitality and food. Can't wait to come back. Thanks Jodi and team.

Lovely setting. Safe for kids. Joe was really great and helpful. Loved it here, will definately be back next year! Stayed in the yurt, very comfortable loved the open top. The lights, the firepit, the stove and the cooler made it an easy and fantastic stay. My little girl didnt want to leave!

Had a fantastic stay here. Facilities where exceptionally clean. Jodi really made us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The pitches are a fantastic size with the drake one side and the river the other. Definitely recommend the kayak hire. Looking forward to our next visit.
