Nice place lovely couple who run it nice walk into beccles couple of pubs in walking distance recommend the waveney house hotel in beccles for food and drink by the river definitely be going back

Owners Andre & Judith made us feel very welcome. This location is perfect for walks, by the river or into the beautiful market town of Beccles, market day on a Friday is worth a visit. The town is packed with great shops and there's no shortage of places to eat and drink. The Gillingham Swan is a five minute walk away if you like good food and atmosphere. We love this quiet welcoming site and look forward to visiting again.
