People complaining about the staff being slow might want to consider how underfunded they are. I personally found the service impeccable and staff very friendly and efficient. But I have good manners so maybe I got treated differently. Thank you to the young red haired lady behind the till who helped me with my payment.

I feel terrible for the staff. You can tell they are disgustingly underfunded. They all look on the verge of a mental breakdown. They are doing their best and seem to be at breaking point. It just makes me sad how badly they have been repaid for putting their lives on the line working during a pandemic. Do better W H Smith. P.S. NO social distancing, no limits on how many customers can come into the store, everyone is in danger.

Awful could not care less staff. Rude and unhelpful especially the young male behind the counter today who was engrossed on his phone irrespective of the fact that there were people waiting in the queue.

This is a fairly small Post Office branch towards the rear of the WH Smiths. It wasn't too busy when I went but there's quite limited space to queue. Super friendly staff who were happy to advise me as to the best method of sending several small parcels.

Not overly concerned about serving customers 3 behind the counter and only one serving. With at least 10 people behind me waiting. Not very welcoming when I did get served was made to feel like I was putting them out of their way.
