Beautiful location, the owner is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. Loads of things to do nearby. The facilities are basic but exactly what you need when camping. Will definitely return, the kids loved it and a massive field for them to play on. Also Alfie the donkey is so cute with the loudest voice, so funny

Lovely campsite, perfect for hiking Cader Idris or checking out the Mach Loop. Basic toilet and shower facilities (only 1 shower per gender and 40p for 6 mins). We were slightly misfortunate that we encountered a large group of campers who decided to keep us awake playing loud music until 6am and therefore decided to cut our stay short and abandon our hike as it would have bren too dangerous on no sleep. Hopefully this is not a regular occurrence for this site and we were just unlucky. No site info available online and we rang to check availability and to book. Dog friendly. Motorhomes, caravans and tents welcome.

Only a couple of weeks late with a review, however this is a really clean site friendly owners. You’re even aloud to have open fires “bonus for keeping warm at night while sat out side”. You’re even aloud to fly your drone on site but either way ask permission first. Definitely going to use this site again.

Beautiful place and very friendly atmosphere. Lots of amazing trails nearby. Loved every minute ❤️

The owner of this campsite allowed a group to play loud music to 2.30 am. Other campers said they were even worse the night before. Surely it’s not unreasonable to expect a bit of peace and quiet when camping? If your running a campsite surely one of your main duties is to make sure people are behaving themselves.
