Very well regulated COVID rules explained by the very polite and amicable gent named Nathan who took time to explain the new 'Bonus Club' and the changes to the pub since our last visit. Beer and wine delivered speedily and tasted good. Food was as expected, pub classics to suit all tastes, delicious and perfectly portioned to leave room for puddings. I would have preferred a cheeseboard, but profiteroles and coffee were very suitable and not too heavy. A very pleasant experience, overall

Our First Visit here. Came here as it was the only place with availability for the 'Eat out to help out'. Further then I normally travel, but worth the time. You are greeted by a very friendly gentleman, who took my car reg for the parking. He showed us to our table and explained how it all works (covid 19 rules). Our drinks order was taken quickly and enough time was given for us to choose our meals. When they came the look great. See photos. The food was really good, if I was to be critical, they toast the children's burger bun. This makes it too hard for children the really bite into. My mixed grill was very nice, again if I would to be critical, I asked for a medium steak, I felt it was more medium rare. This is just me, this may be how some people do 'medium' take a look at the photo below and see for your self. Otherwise the chicken was very moist the eggs runny and the sausages juicy. A lovely meal with very friendly staff. Social distancing measures in place and clean. Will be back in the future.

Staff very friendly and hard working with all the covid restrictions being observed. Breakfast was pretty good but the tea was the worst I have ever tasted! I honestly didn't think tea could be that bad? They must use the cheapest tea bags in the world! If the tea was better I would have given it 4 stars.

Liked this place. Staff were polite and friendly. Family stayed in the Premier Inn and we all enjoyed the cooked breakfast in the morning.

Very friendly staff, great service and the food was delicious. They do have their own car park, however if you're guest at either the premier Inn or restaurant, the parking is free, just give your registration number at the front desk or either venue. Would highly recommend and would definitely go back again.
