So, the Row Barge has implemented very strict COVID-19 restrictions, which is reassuring to see, and has closed their kitchen and set up a wee burger stand outside. I thought, "ugh, here we go" and ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers, and chicken nuggets for the little one. Everything looked like it came out of a bag of frozen things, but we were hungry. Let me tell you, we go walking in Surrey often and we eat at a lot of pubs. This was hands down the best, most honest burger I've had in ages. For only £5! Nothing fancy, but the bun was soft, and the meat was good like you'd bought the expensive burgers in M&S and had a BBQ yourself. Fries and onion rings were top notch. Best I've ever had in a pub, anywhere. And the chap who ran the burger van was awesome. Definitely recommend this place if you do the Wey Navigations walk. It wasn't just good value food, it was really enjoyable.

Shocking food and service from the outside catering facility. The website menu looked great so we phoned to ask if we needed to book a table or not but when we arrived only food available was from the burger van. Very limited menu choice. Burger, hot dog or nuggets. £5 each. Chips extra £3. Ordered food. Burgers and hot dogs served up. Then after we finished the chops eete served. We saw the "chef" go and get the frozen chips after serving us the mains so took ages to cook and serve. The burgers were poor quality. Hot dog wasn't a hotdog it was a sausage cooked on a hot plate. The hotdog roll was inedible. Rock hard. No onions served as the chef didn't know they were on the menu. She blamed servers. Glass of coke tasted of chemicals. On a positive note my 2 pints of TEA were lovely and the younger table servers were quick, efficient and friendly even with the extra precautions required in the coronavirus climate. Lovely pub location but once bitten twice shy. We went be back in a hurry to eat there again. Shame

Really nice, good beer , pool and foosball table. It is place on the side of the river, so you can 'park' your boat and have a pint.

Just popped in here for a quick pint and was impressed by what a friendly sociable place this was. There were a good number of pool tables, a poker night was in session and I saw what looked like a games cupboard. It looked like the perfect local pub
