I would like to start by saying Dr Clements is wonderful. She is so kind and always goes the extra mile. Today however, I was told that I was lucky my daughter didn't get seen in the car park - by the receptionist. My daughter is post surgery, has an infected would and therefore has a temperature. She now has further complications but was told off today for attending the surgery with a temperature! She has had a temperature since the wound became infected - that's kinda how the body works! Not sure who she saw today but the female doctor was awful. We will be moving.

Moved recently to Cardiff and very very apprehensive about registering with a new surgery. I had nothing,nothing to worry about! The reception staff every time I've spoken to them individually have been helpful,friendly and very efficient. Saw the doctor for the first time today, sat in the waiting room and watched the efficient workings of the surgery. Total praise for this surgery

Appalling phone manner of the reception. They regularly speak down to you when trying to book an appointment. The surgery website says you don’t have to tell the reception the details of your problem but they seem to bully you into telling. The doctors on the whole are brilliant. As a front to the surgery however the way the reception speak is disgusting shame on you!!

I have never had any issues getting an appointment. Doctors and all staff are also helpful and accomidating.
