Massive well done is my first comment. Visited your store in Guildford today and have to say how impressed myself and my friend were with the first rate customer service we received from Jason Sayers. Firstly we were greeted by a friendly hello (all Covid safety was adhered too), but what was so impressive was not only his knowledge of all the products but just how helpful he was. We both had so many questions for him and he gave us his full attention and went above and beyond to help us. We both commented how fantastic it was to receive such good customer service as he was attentive without being pushy, gave helpful advice we had not even thought of and we did not feel rushed at all. Honestly quite rare to receive such 5 star service. So impressed we have decided to purchase our products for both of our bathrooms from your store and I will also purchase my flooring for my house now that I know you do this too.

Excellent service and tiles. Chris went the extra mile in sourcing our tiles from a sister branch. Delivered on time and pallet left on driveway as requested. No problem with unopened returns either. Best customer service we've had in years.

Great service from Guildford store, very professional & helpful. We hadn't a clue about tiles, they gave good advice without pushy selling. Highly recommend this store.
