I went to see my doggy Roxy today and I'm so pleased and thankful for the way our beloved Roxy is being looked after. I spent time with her in the farewell room and didn't feel rushed and was given lots of privacy. The staff made us feel extremely welcome and we loved being able to say our last goodbyes and get the keepsakes to add to the memories we already have. I can't thank them enough for giving us the opportunity for one last kiss and cuddle she was our baby and I love how much care is given even after they have gone. Now waiting to bring her ashes home back with us where she belongs.

I received my darling Rockys ashes, casket and certificate from the vet on Friday..I am extremely pleased with the service. Also found a lovely frame for the certificate too. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you

This is my 2nd burial and i have pre reserved all my spaces for all my angels in advance... the grounds are lovely and calming and stones are always kept clean... the guys here are my eternal guardians and all have been amazing from the very first call nearly 3 years ago, great services and great after care. so to mrs A and the boys i wish you all well and keep up the great work. you are all in my prayers!. also i thank you for your reassurance on all my ludicrous enquiries.. 10 star rating if i could!.. RECOMMENDED to all !

The experience of this crematorium from start to finish was excellent. I rang up after we booked our beloved cats cremation and the lady on the phone was so kind with everything she said and explained. Had a few emails and they were just as touching. It was nice to speak to them and know that my boy was in good hands. On the day we picked him up it was hard but everything was thought of. The box was so lovely and had such kind words on it. The ern we picked was stunning (the certificate that came with it to say he was individually cremated was not expected but soooo lovely) and the footprint we ordered was so lovely the way it was presented and again such lovely words. Not the best of circumstances to meet such a great company but would thoroughly recommend to anyone who looses their pet companions as they are so amazing.

Found the staff to be compassionate and very helpful during this difficult time losing our beloved dog Reggie suddenly. They gave us time to say goodbye and were extremely kind. Thank you
