I visited for the first time today for EC and I was treated well from the reception desk till I left. I am impressed and wanted to say Great Work! Keep it up.
Where do I even start, I had a scan with a nurse she was very rude and I felt rushed and even though my coil is out of place she didn't take it out which I later called up and was told its my legal right to have it removed there and then. Made another appointment to have it removed yet it to be cancelled. Its an urgent issue which staff members have not taken urgently. This service is absolutely shocking. Whole experience from start to finish was ridiculous. Im in agony and nothing done. Waiting forever now. This is shocking needs to change. Please hire real doctors.

The best service I could ask for. I’m so grateful this is local to me and offers such high quality of services. Had two appointments; one for a health check up and one for IUD insertion. Results I got back in one day and my IUD insertion was done really quickly and rather quite painless. Had the nurse call me down and talk me through the whole procedure. All very informative. Really recommend anyone with any sexual health concerns to visit and even if you don’t to get regularly checked out! Also not long waiting hours at all. I was always seen on time. I did go on rather off peak hours but every time I do go I am seen very efficiently
Absolutely AWFUL! The gentleman at reception on 2nd floor was so rude and unhelpful. No website or working phone lines for this clinic so I did the walk in service and told to leave and apparently it was not "their problem" that their phones aren't working! waste of time, go somewhere else.
