I have just spoken to The Mill Medical Practice and what a great service received. The lady on reception was willing to listen to my questions (when they were clearly very busy), was extremely helpful and then passed me over to Kim in the Pharmacy where (within minutes) a prescription was being put in place which could be collected this afternoon. Wish all Doctors Surgeries were like this - congratulations Mill Medical Practice and thank you
Just moved to the area and I'm amazed at how friendly and efficient the staff are, from reception right through to the nurses and doctors.
Always had a good experience at the practice and the staff has always been friendly and professional.
A wonderful practice! All staff are lovely and very helpful and every doctor I’ve ever seen there, or taken my children to, has been amazing! The booking system is also v quick and easy. Ignore the bad reviews...I can’t imagine anywhere that has better doctors or a nicer practice - we’re very lucky to have it.
My daughter was given medication for depression and told to come back and see the doctor but I can't get an appointment with the same doctor. Have been trying for days
