1. The doctor started laughing at me when he asked if I wanted a referral as if it were a joke. The problem ended up being serious. Sadly not the only problem I have encountered here with the doctors.

Easy parking outside of school hours. Used them for most of my life and never had an issue. Receptionists are busy but pleasantly amenable and good for a laugh. If it's just too busy here you can visit the other practice at Knowle Green.

This an excellent Practice with excellent staff and Doctors. All the staff go the extra mile. Some of the patients can be challenging, I have stood in the Que and witnessed the rude behaviour of the patients and the staff have handled it so well and remained polite throughout.
