Some of the doctors at this surgery are amazing! Very helpful and informative It does take a while to get through on the phone but when you get through to the receptionists they're always so helpful!

My partner is vulnerable and had a blood test done last week at this GP practice. The Doctor told him he needed a follow up blood test as the results were not great. He then calls to arrange one and is told they will not do it due to Covid. But they did the test last week so I don't get that. So they gave him a form to arrange a test at the local hospital! The trouble was there were no instructions on how to organise it. FFS! I tracked the hospital down and was told he has to do it on line! My partner is IT Illiterate! I finally managed to sort it after 40 minutes. But what if it has been an elderly lady or gentleman that has no access to a PC or cannot use one! There were no instructions, no help whatsoever. I have called and left a message for the practice manager and also contacted the Primary Care Trust to complain. I fully understand Covid is causing great issues for GPs, I also know that most of them are not even seeing patients and having a rest at home!! Dealing with hospitals across the globe daily as part of my employment, I have never come across such bad patient management in my whole life. I shall be switching from the practice as soon as possible, in fact, I have been using a friend that is a GP in Harley Street as it is far easier and a lot less stress, but not everyone is as lucky as me to have the contacts that I have. This is the worst service I have experienced from a GP Practice in my whole life.

Fantastic helpful staff very caring, always smiling and cheerful makes you feel better even when unwell. I've now seen every Doctor in this Practice and every one of them are Fantastic caring and very helpful, The moment you step through the surgery doors you really feel they do care about you, The whole team are very pleasant Thank you

I'm not one for writing reviews But..... This has to be the best practice I have known. The receptionists are always helpful and happy. The doctors are brilliant especially Dr Ghai, Not only is she knowledgeable but has a sympathetic ear to understand the whole problem. A pleasant experience every time .
