This is a hotel of top standard. Exceptional service for a 4 star hotel and way beyond our expectations. Has potential to be a 5 star hotel for sure. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back! Thank you guys for your service.
Nice hotel but £28 for parking for 2 nights is a joke. Could include the spa also if they were feeling generous!

Stayed here the past weekend for one night. It was a nice hotel in the centre of Guildford. Not sure if parking is usually free, but parking was free after 3pm during covid restrictions. Our room was nice and modern and he bathroom was clean. The bed itself was comfy with nice linen, but the pillows were very soft. I normally take my own, but didn’t this time! 😂.. very good full English breakfast served too . Definitely would stay again
Very average massage. Bit like a sausage factory. Too gentle after I requested hard. No focus on the areas I requested either. All the muscles along my spine still feel like they need a massage...
