The woman who works here tends to be quite grumpy but she is ok to deal with. The man on the other hand is just straight up rude. I went in today to have my parcel scanned with a QR code on my phone, fair enough it didn't work because the screen was cracked. I asked if I could quickly run down the street to get a different phone as it wouldn’t take very long and I live locally, to which he said angrily 'I don't care, I'm going on my lunch break' and closed the door in my face, even though I came in at 1pm and they are meant to stay open until 3pm according to their website. So, I had a slight go at the way he treats ppl as I’m not the first person he's reacted to this way. I'd rather drive 15mins to another post office then use my local one ever again and have to deal with his attitude, if you aren't enjoying the job.... retire. They seem to have a particular hatred collectively towards young ppl like myself. The reviews say it all and I’m clearly not alone with how they treat customers. If they keep this up, they will for sure close and lose any business from the local community who are keeping them going! Just a grumpy horrible man. Won't be returning.

Incredibly rude man who runs this branch! I went to buy two cards, but he told me that he couldn't take my debit card for £4, but could do cash back at the other counter. I was in a rush, so I said, 'Thank you but I will leave it this time.' He then said, very rudely, 'You can't be bothered to go to the other counter?' and I said, 'No, thank you.' He then said, 'You're too lazy to walk over to the other counter? Unbelievable!' I said, 'Why the attitude?' and he said, 'Because of you being lazy. It's people like you why we are closing.' I was just shocked and walked out! I will never go back, and it looks like I'm not the only one!

Rudest post office I have ever been to. The amount of times I have arrived and parked outside for them to just close to door. No old school politeness here in your local post office. I’m going to start driving somewhere else.
