Always leave early and claim that they never saw you and that they closed on time when you catch them outside
Run by lazy part timers that can’t be bothered to stay open for the advertised opening times stated on Royal Mail’s website.
They’re not even long hours? I don’t understand why they’re so desperate to go home and put their feet up.
Always found the staff to be helpful and efficient. Even when there have been queues out the door, its not taken long to be served. The staff really know their stuff, so when you have questions they are really knowledgeable. I've also started buying postage labels online and printing them at this branch. So much easier that having to travel into town. Hopefully this starts to become the norm. Only detractor would be the number of parking spaces, but generally there is parking off the site in the street.
Lost a redelivery parcel, lost another parcel befor even attempting to deliver. Seems they pick and choose opening times as google says opens in 5 mins but im here and door says 8am. Reluctant to choose redelivery for obvious reasons. Night shift worker so really unimpressed
Is this place ever open? I’ve tried to get my parcel 4 times. It’s been closed every time. Even arriving a few hours before the advertised closing time.
