I want to give 5 stars, but one of the staff has been very unhelpful. This post office does offer The Royal Mails Click and Drop service, yet every time I go there to drop off an item, she says that this branch does not offer it. I also saw her swearing at another customer today. Despite this, the post office does it's job and in the end I managed to explain to her that click and drop is offered there and get my item posted.

The manager of this PO has zero customer skills. On 2 occasions he has watched me queue for 10mins+ and then when I’ve presented a parcel to post, he’s directed me to the self service machines. Even though there was no one behind me in the queue! You can’t complete the whole transaction on the machine without employee intervention making them pretty useless when no one is manning them. 1 star of redemption for the younger assistants who are generally as helpful as they are allowed to be. I wish I had a local choice of POs...

Absolutely disgusting service. AVOID THIS STORE WHEREVER POSSIBLE. I received a text the day before to say that my parcel had been delivered to the store and that I had to collect it anytime before 1pm. When I arrived at 10am, they said that the parcel had not yet arrived. The manager of the store, a disgrace to the Royal Mail service, would not sanitise his hands before holding my ID despite the fact that I saw him just walk into the practice. I held my ID for him to see through the screen and he said that was not enough so I was to go away and collect my parcel from somewhere else. They told me my parcel had not arrived and I had to come back later. I had taken time out of my working day to collect my parcel. To be sent a message saying I can collect my parcel and then to be told I could not collect it is not up to par. I returned at 12 o'clock to try again. This time I collected it but not once have I seen anyone cleaning the surfaces or their own hands on both of my visits. The staff were touching customers money and parcels without a care in the world without any sanitation between customers. Shocking to think that we are supposed to be making an effort to prevent the spread of Covid19 when they can't even sanitise their own hands.

I tried to send some stuff to my family in Iran after 3 weeks they return my package back to my house opened and demege.when I go to woking post office and asked them for my refund they told me the money I paid for the postage and packaging is not refundable.I found it very upsetting to damage my goods and not refund my money. The staff are working in this brunch they very rude and unprofessional. Post office headquarters need to keep an eye on Woking brunch.
